Awards are an opportunity for Districts to nominate and recognize outstanding individuals and programs across Colorado. If you would like to submit a nomination for an award, please fill out the form below and submit it to your watershed for voting. After the watershed vote, winning nomination forms will need to be emailed to cacd@coloradoacd.org by October 15th.
